Bell
HelmetsExtended Coverage (EC) is the future of helmets for the millennium and beyond. Unlike conventional helmet liners, EC extends coverage throughout the helmet. EC lines the entire shell with Bell's FX-bead foam liner; literally "surrounding your head with protection." Don't confuse the protection of EC's FX bead foam with comfort padding interiors; they are not the same. Foam liners and comfort padding are two separate materials; comfort padding is primarily for a comfortable helmet fit, foam liners are for impact absorption and protection. Engineering Extended Coverage into all their helmets reflects Bell's commitment to enhancing protective technology and incorporating new advances into helmet design. Only Bell surrounds you with the superior protection of Extended Coverage. If you're not using EC, you're not using your head.
