Q: Does CB-Pro kit include headsets?

A: NO. You have to purchase the driver and the passenger headsets separately.


Q: Is the CB-Pro Noise Reducing?

A: NO. It works with true stereo sound.


Q: Can you answer your cell phone with this model?

A: Yes. We do sell cell phone cords for certain brands/model of phones. However, if you are using this on the race track, we do not recommend using this feature. (Please call for applications)


Q: Does this model communicate from car to pit or from car to car?

A: NO. This is a driver to passenger intercom only.


Q: Does this model have a radio for music?

A: No. But it does have an audio input so you can plug in your audio device. (ex: walkman, XM, CD player, MP3 etc..) Again, when on the race track, we do not recommend using this feature.


Q: Does the music automatically cut out when I talk into the unit?

A: NO. You would have to manually switch to audio mode for music and intercom.


Q: How long does the rechargeable battery last?

A: First charge the battery for 4 hours and then it should last 6-10 hours. Never leave the battery on the charger for longer than recommended in the manual. Leaving the battery on the charger for extended periods of time will reduce battery life.


Q: Is this model Voice Activated?

A: NO. This model works on full duplex, just like you're speaking on the telephone. If you need the VOX feature, we can order in a different model for you.


Q: What do I do when I plan not to use the product for a long period of time?

A: Fully charge the battery (4hours). Remove the battery from unit and store at a room temp.
