Congratulations, your Pyrotect NASA suit is the coolest, safest,
most comfortable suit on the market today! To avoid skin irritation or
"color run," dry clean new suits before wearing to remove manufacturing
chemicals and set dyes. To help protect your investment and ensure many
years of driving enjoyment, follow these important cleaning tips. We recommend
dry cleaning only for multi-layer suits containing batting. Turn the suit
inside out before cleaning.
Suits made of Nomex, Knit, Aramid, Kevlar, Proban, PBI, or other fire resistant
material may be machine washed on gentle cycle. Pre-treat oil and grease stains
with a safe, spray cleaner. Only use Woolite in cold to lukewarm water.
Turn inside out and place in a netted, nylon bag to reduce seam stress during
agitation. Do Not use bleach or detergents containing bleach.
Spin-dry on cold setting. Do Not iron any fire resistant material.
For a wrinkle-free finish, remove from dryer before fully dry and place
on a padded hanger. Colored, Nomex thread is available for repairs. All
Pyrotect suits are fully guaranteed against material and workmanship failure
and will be repaired free of charge upon return.
