I was given the name of this company by a good friend who has been racing for years. During my time going through the purchase for a bell helmet for the beginning of my racing hobbie. He helped me so much and his knowledge was showing. He not only walked me through the purchasing but the fitting as well when I received the package from shipping. I will definitely return to them as a customer.
I searched online and called about every big name company for a Simpson Helix racing suit for my fiancé. No one had it, not even the Simpson warehouse. I just happened to stumble upon I/O Port and called them. #1: Customer service was outstanding! They answered every question I had and made sure they had one in stock before I ordered online. #2: Shipping is fast! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I just wanted to let you know that Ken, (I believe that was his name) did an EXCELLENT job of assisting me in purchasing a seat, and the appropriate hardware for it. He also had the product shipped on time as promised, and that aided myself greatly.
I had originally purchased an ECONOMY Kirkey seat from a competitor, and when I called your business, the sales rep (Ken) informed me that the seat "was not the best choice", but he phrased it a little differently. Taking his advice, I purchased the Intermediate Kirkey seat from your business. I was a little skeptical, and thinking that he was just trying to make a sale, however, when the seats arrived and I compared them seat to seat, I decided that I would like to write this email to thank you for encouraging me to make the correct seat choice.
God forbid that anyone was to get into an accident with that seat in road racing. I used the seat this past weekend in a regional event and an IT Enduro. I was surprisingly comfortable and so was the other driver who shared my car. Once again, thank you for all you have done. I feel the thank you should come now before I have an accident and then I REALLY have to thank you.

I don't know if you guys like seeing the products you sell in use, but I thought I'd send you a pic of my recently installed roll bar. The installation went smoothly with no major problems encountered and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

Thanks again for all the hard work you put in on my MR2 recently. Everything turned out really well, and the seats and cage have transformed the car! It is great having the extra sense of security and added level of control on the streets, and I'm sure I will enjoy these new additions even more on the track this weekend. I'll stay in touch, and hopefully, when finances allow, come back for a harness install!
