Our office is open to serve your needs every Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time (holidays excluded). We often work longer than the hours we publish and sometimes we might step out to run an errand during the day. Please feel free to call at any time and if you are transferred to our voice-mail system, please leave a message so that we can return your call as soon as possible.

You may place your order by using our online shopping cart or by phone. Stop by our shop if you are local. I/O Port requires a $10.00 minimum order.

International Orders:

WE NO LONGER ALLOW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCEPTING CANADA) ON OUR WEB SITE. IF YOU WISH TO ORDER AN ITEM FROM OUR STORE, CONTACT US FIRST AND WE WILL PROVIDE A TOTAL COST INCLUDING SHIPPING. ONCE YOU HAVE AGREED TO THIS PRICE WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO PLACE THE ORDER. We prefer payment by credit card. We require a photocopy of both sides of the credit card (with readable numbers) and also of a driver's license (photo identification card) or passport. The photo identification and credit card must have the same name. The product must be shipped to the billing address of the card or another address that the credit card company will authorize. A signed letter must be emailed with the credit card authorizing the charge to be made to the credit card. You may email this information to:
You may also wire transfer a deposit directly to our account. If you choose this method we will then give you instructions on wire transfer payment and a $30 processing fee will be charged.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt via regular UPS or USPS ground service (our choice). If you are in a rush, we will gladly ship your order via UPS guaranteed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day service. Items shipped UPS ground are also guaranteed to be delivered on time. UPS oversize items ship by ground only; these items are too large to economically ship by air. The shipping charges on our Web site for air do not apply to oversize items or for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for the shipping cost.
If you need your product in a hurry, please call us at 1-800-949-5712 to be sure that the item is in stock and to confirm the shipping charge. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
International orders must inquire for shipping costs. Please also see our International Ordering polices. WE DO NOT ALLOW SHIPMENTS TO FREIGHT FORWARDERS.
The list of UPS oversize items for air shipment may differ as compared to the list for UPS oversize ground shipment items. These include, but are not limited to, roll bars and cages, seats and roll bar padding.
Items too large or heavy to be shipped via UPS will be shipped by motor freight or air freight with shipping charges prepaid. Roll bars and cages will be shipped truck freight unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Free UPS or USPS ground shipping (our choice) on orders over $98.00 to the contiguous United States. We don't charge a handling charge on Free Shipping like some of our competitors. This offer is only for orders placed using our Internet Web site. Oversize items are not included in this offer and will be charged a oversize fee depending upon size. These include, but are not limited to, roll bars, roll cages and seats. This offer does not include gift certificates, closeout items, sale items or other special offers. Gift certificates are mailed or emailed at no charge unless ordered with other items, in which case they do not qualify for free shipping. Gift certificates may be used to pay for items that qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated on the certificate. Items that do not qualify for free shipping cannot be combined with items that do qualify to achieve the $98 minimum. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska have different flat rate shipping charges. Shipments outside the USA will have to contact us for the shipping charge. Please check the appropriate shipping method during checkout.
If any item has been backordered, we will contact you and then hold the entire order to ship together. If you decide that you would rather have your order shipped separately, then we will charge you for the 1st shipment at regular ground shipping rates. If you refuse delivery of your order or return any part of it for credit, the UPS shipping charge will be deducted from your credit. Exchanged items will be charged shipping fees. Please see our returns policy below.


Any normally stocked product may be returned, freight pre-paid, within 30 days of the original invoice date and is subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned goods and packaging must be unused and in re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges on underwear, electrical goods or special order items; roll bars and cages are special order items. Shipping is not refundable. Items that were shipped under our Free Shipping promotion will have the shipping costs deducted from the credit. All returns require an RMA number; please call 1-925-254-7223 for instructions.

Returns for Exchange:

Any normally stocked product may be returned for exchange, freight pre-paid, within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned goods and packaging must be unused and in re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges on underwear, electrical goods or special order items; roll bars and cages are special order items. Shipping is not refundable. All returns for exchange require an RMA number; please call 1-925-254-7223 for instructions. For your convenience we offer 3 different ways to return a product for exchange:
  • Return then exchange: Call or email us for an RMA number. Ship the part to us freight prepaid and when we receive and inspect it, we will then ship you the exchange part. We will only charge for re-boxing or repackaging if required. We will charge or refund the difference in cost for the exchanged part and for shipping costs back to you.
  • Exchange then return: We will ship your required part and charge for it plus shipping. When we receive your returned item, we will credit you back for the part, minus a 5% restocking charge and any re-boxing or repackaging charges.
  • Exchange then return with Call Tag: We will ship your required part and include a return services tag from UPS so that you can put the label on the return package and hand it back to the UPS driver. We will charge for the new product plus shipping both directions and a $5.00 handling charge for the Call Tag. When we receive your returned item, we will credit you back for the part, minus a 5% restocking charge and any re-boxing or repackaging charges.


I/O Port guarantees our own brand name products to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials for a period of one year. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of a defective part. Please call 1-800-949-5712 if you have received an I/O Port Racing Supplies branded product that is defective and is less than 1 year old.
Warranty policies for our vendors vary. Please call for specific information. Any defective product that is discovered less than 30 days from our invoice date should call 1-800-949-5712 for instructions and a RMA number. Any defective product discovered over 30 days past the invoice date will need to be referred to the manufacturer directly. If you need help finding the manufacturer's contact information, please call 1-925-254-7223.
No warranty of any kind, express or implied, is made respecting any of the products sold. Because racing is a dangerous sport, the buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled prior to order processing and shipping (except custom/special orders). Once shipped, see our policy about Returns. Cancellations for orders (for ANY reason including "out of stock") paid by PayPal WILL have at least a 5% restocking charge due to PayPal policies.

Custom/Special Orders:

A special order item will be charged to your credit card in advance. A $20.00 cancellation fee (or 5% of invoice total, whichever is higher) will be charged if the order is cancelled after it is ordered and before the item is manufactured. After manufacture, there is no cancellation allowed. Please make your selection carefully, special order items are not returnable.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check with us before placing an order to confirm all prices; however, if our price on the Website has changed, we will contact you before we ship. I/O Port guarantees our prices to be the lowest in the nation. If you find a lower price published for the exact same item, I/O Port will meet or beat that price! This guarantee includes Autopower roll bars and cages and Kirkey aluminum race seats; otherwise, the item must be one of our regularly-stocked parts. The item must be in stock and currently available at the published price. (Our low price guarantee does not apply to typographical errors, or to any item that includes bonus or free offers, close-out or clearance prices or one-of-a-kind items.)
